Job Requirements - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg or acute care nursing experience
- Current AHA BLS certification
- Current NIH certification
- AHA ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and excellent communication skills
Responsibilities - Provide skilled bedside nursing care to medical-surgical patients in an acute care setting
- Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status
- Administer medications and treatments according to provider orders and care plans
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support patient outcomes
- Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
- Promote a safe, efficient, and compassionate patient care environment
- Support workflow needs in a busy med/surg unit while maintaining high standards of care
